Generator Maintenance
Marson Energy provides maintenance and repair service for all emergency generator products - even if you did not buy your generator from us. We can provide warranty service for all Generac, Guardian, Centurion, and Katolight generators (some restrictions may apply). Our standard service area includes Susquehanna County in Pennsylvania, and Broome and Tioga Counties in New York state. We also provide installation and maintenance services in surrounding areas - including Tompkins, Chenango and Delaware counties in New York, and Wayne, Wyoming and Lackawanna counties in Pennsylvania - give us a call for more information.
Marson Energy has been named by Generac Power Systems as an Elite Guardian Dealer. The Elite Dealer designation indicates a service center which has met Generac's strict standards for maintenance of their generator products and has demonstrated a commitment to servicing the product line. Elite Dealers are available by phone 24 hours a day and will service any Generac, Guardian or Centurion home standby generator, regardless of its place of purchase.
Many retailers and distributors sell home generators today, but few of these dealers offer maintenance support after the sale. Marson Energy is different - we provide preventive maintenance and warranty repair for all Generac, Centurion, and Katolight generators, no matter who sold or installed it. We've made the commitment - to our suppliers and to our customers - to provide experienced service personnel on every call. All of our staff members have experience with installation and maintenance of every product we sell.

Annual Service Plan
Marson Energy is now offering annual service plans for standby generators in our service area.
Marson Energy's standard program includes parts and labor for one scheduled maintenance visit per year (oil, plugs, filters, and so on) plus one additional call-outs over the twelve-month program period (with up to one hour of on-site labor) free of charge. The call-out may be for any reason - an emergency, or a routine check, for example. Parts not covered by warranty are discounted 10%, and any on-site labor beyond the program's three visits is discounted from our list price by $20/hour.
Program prices vary by make and model. For Generac products we have established list prices. Because of fuel costs, contract prices depend somewhat on location, as follows:

Generac/Centurion Air Cooled Models in Tompkins County NY, Chenango County NY, Delaware County NY or Wayne County PA), $325.00
Generac/Centurion Liquid Cooled Models in standard service area (Susquehanna County PA, Broome County NY or Tioga County NY), $350.00
Generac/Centurion Liquid Cooled Models in Tompkins County NY, Chenango County NY, Delaware County NY, Lackawanna COunty PA or Wayne County PA), $425.00

Parts
If you choose to maintain your generator yourself, you can count on Marson Energy to provide needed parts and advice.
Commonly supplied parts include oil filters for Generac or Katolight generators, or scheduled maintenance kits. Marson Energy now stocks scheduled maintenance kits for all current Guardian products and for most older products in the field. Generac maintenance kits generally include air and oil filters along with appropriate spark plugs for the specific model.
