This residential installation places the generator across the driveway from the house. Underground conduit connects the generator with a 200 amp automatic transfer switch in the basement. The generator's LP fuel tank is to the right, out of the frame.







This Katolight 40 kW diesel generator was installed for a business which operates from offices attached to the owners' home in Greene, New York. The building's 200 amp service supplies power for several outbuildings, including a small aircraft hangar and lights for the nearby landing strip. The generator was installed on a pad behind the garage, a distance of about 200 feet from the transfer switch.






This 230 kW generator was installed as a backup to a seniors apartment building in Binghamton, New York. The generator is sized to supply emergency power to the building's common areas, elevator and fire pump systems. The system is three phase 120/208 volt and includes an 800 amp Zenith Automatic Transfer Switch.
