Annual Service Plan

Marson Energy offers annual service plans for standby generators in our service area. Annual Service PLans are available for natural gas, propane, and diesel automatic generators.

Marson Energy's standard program includes parts and labor for two maintenance visit per year. One visit typically includes the scheduled annual service (oil, plugs, filters, and so on). The second service call-out (with up to one hour of on-site labor) can be scheduled or unscheduled, as needed. The call-out may be for any reason - an emergency, or a routine check, for example. Parts not covered by warranty are discounted 10%, and any on-site labor beyond the program's three visits is discounted from our list price by $20/hour.

Program prices vary by make and model. For the most common generators we have established list prices. Because of rising fuel costs, contract prices depend somewhat on location, as follows:

Generac/Centurion Air Cooled Models in standard service area (Susquehanna County PA, Broome County NY or Tioga County NY), $250.00

Generac/Centurion Air Cooled Models in Tompkins County NY, Chenango County NY, Delaware County NY or Wayne County PA), $325.00

Generac/Centurion Liquid Cooled Models in standard service area (Susquehanna County PA, Broome County NY or Tioga County NY), $350.00

Generac/Centurion Liquid Cooled Models in Tompkins County NY, Chenango County NY, Delaware County NY, Lackawanna COunty PA or Wayne County PA), $425.00
