Katolight uses electrical components from companies such as Marathon, General Electric, and Basler, and manufactures their generator controls in-house. Marson Energy can install a pre-designed or custom-built Katolight generator set for your application. All Katolight generators can be equipped as skid-mounted for indoor installation or with a variety of enclosures for outdoor installation. Engine noise can be limited with optional equipment such as sound attenuating foam or air scoops. Katolight generators are available for diesel, natural gas or propane fuels, and dual-fuel (propane and natural gas) operation is available. SP series generators are pre-engineered packages suitable for most backup power applications. Available indiesel-fueled packages from 15-400 kW and in natural gas or propane fueled packages from 15-130 kW, these generators combine many of Katolight's most useful features at a very favorable price. Each SP series generator comes equipped with a digital control panel, battery and charger, main circuit breaker, engine jacket heater and critical grade muffler. SP series generators are available as skid-mounted, with weatherproof enclosure or ultra-quiet enclosures. Natural gas generator sets can be ordered with dual fuel (natural gas and propane) operation.
For special requirements, Katolight will engineer and build a custom generator set based on the customer's specific needs. A wide variety of diesel and gaseous-fuel engines are stocked to provide a generator of any size with an optimally-sized engine. A CP series generator can be equipped with heaters, batteries and chargers, electrical connections, mufflers, and enclosures to the customer's specifications. Cp generators can be equipped with special equipment like remote radiator or heat exchangers, multiple circuit breakers, oversized enclosures or customized control panels. CP series engines are set up for diesel, natural gas or propane fuels. Fuel options include a variety of double-walled tanks or dual-fuel operation for natural gas and propane. Supply voltages from 120/240V single phase to 4160 three phase are available.
Automatic transfer switches are available through Katolight for any application, from simple two-pole transfer switches for home use to large three-phase microprocessor controlled switches for industrial power applications. Automatic Transfer Switches can be configured with custom features and instrumentation for remote or manual operation, auxiliary contacts or service entrance rated equipment.
